The story behind the name
Byron and Liliana Tufino founded LB House Cleaning Services LLC on August 21, 2014. The name was never a branding decision — LB is simply Liliana and Byron, the two people who built this practice and who remain at the center of every service it delivers.
Their work began in New Jersey, serving residential clients through platforms like Thumbtack at a time when "home cleaning" was still a fragmented, commodity-driven market. What distinguished Byron and Liliana then — as it does now — was a refusal to rush. Every property was finished to the same standard, regardless of how the schedule looked that day.
The move to Miami and the pivot to luxury Airbnb mansion care was not a strategic repositioning. It was a natural progression: the clients who valued their standard found them, referred them, and kept them. Over a decade, that word-of-mouth network became the foundation of a practice that now serves fourteen of Miami's most prestigious neighborhoods.
The family — Byron, Liliana, and their daughter Nicole — remains involved in every level of the business. It is a deliberate choice. Luxury clients are not served well by anonymous teams and impersonal processes. They are served well by people who carry the same name on their work as they do on their door.

Punctuality
In Airbnb turnover work, timing is not a courtesy — it is the service. We arrive when confirmed and complete within the agreed window. Without exception. Late check-ins and early guest arrivals do not happen because of us.

Discretion
We enter a property and leave no evidence that we were ever there — except that it is immaculate. We do not discuss the properties we serve, their owners, or their guests. Confidentiality is not a policy. It is a reflex.

Craft
Natural stone, imported hardwoods, fine art, luxury textiles. Each surface calls for a specific technique. We know the difference between cleaning marble and polishing it. Between removing a stain and protecting the finish beneath it.

Family
LB is not a franchise. There is no rotating roster of anonymous technicians. The team you meet at your property is the team that will return. Familiarity with a home is a professional asset — we invest in it deliberately.
